Dit is waarschijnlijk he meest invloedrijke grindcore album, en terwijl dit technisch gezien niet de eerste is, is dit wel de eerste die erg bekend werd. De liedjes zijn heel kort, wat op zich niet slecht is, maar het voelt alsof het soms als een gimmick wordt gebruikt. You Suffer blijft toch wel grappig. Vocals vind ik hier niet heel leuk, er wordt niet echt gegrunt maar het klinkt meer punk-achtig met een man die schreeuwt. De blast beats klinken wel altijd mooi.}
